Very friendly, helpful staff. Huge breakfast with lots of choices. Great to be so close to train station. Also easy to get to old town by bus. Smart, clean rooms. Restaurant open until 10pm, and pleasant bar area to sit on for a drink.

Great location in Lyon and affordable. Near to mass transit options (bus, tram, train, subway) and mall. I got a room at the top floor with a view of the trains coming and going from the train station. The Wi-Fi was great for streaming. The A/C works too. I love my room cold. This was the first hotel I had in France where the A/C works properly. The breakfast was good, however, hot food options would have made it great, like in other Ibis hotels. The concierge was wonderful and attentive to my requests. Would stay there again. Very eclectic décor in the lobby and I love the water dispenser. Having it in the lobby always made me remember to fill my water bottle before I went on my excursions for the day.

Staff - had issues with my bank card and they did not let me in the room even after request to check and come back in an hour. This was even after staying there earlier 1/5 Room - Excellent 5/5 Location - Outside part dieu train station with connection to all major hubs 5/5 Food - did not have any Cleanliness - 5/5

Excellant location for rail connections, however not so convenient for exploring Lyon especially with the ongoing redevolpment of Gare Part-Dieu which seems to be taking forever! Also not helped with road diversions and what has become a dirty and scuffy area that is an attraction for the homeless. Anyway, the hotel met our expectations from an accommodation point.
