The hotel is in a lovely location and walking distance to many of the historic landmarks and easy access for tourists to public transport travel options.

1. Parking. We parked in a parking garage and did not learn that the garage was not open on Sundays until we went there on Sunday to get our car. The hotel clerk said they were aware of that and that the garage should change that. DIdn't help us at that point. Someone from the garage or the hotel should have said you need to move the car Saturday night. Cost us time and money to figure out what to do. 2. Could not get the air conditioner to keep the room at a comfortable level.

This is not a full service hotel but is perfectly acceptable for a holiday/business stay. Privilege room(409) was a good size but unfortunately not enough storage space if staying for more than 3 nights. Had to leave clothes in the luggage as there are no drawers and only a narrow hanging wardrobe. Staff were friendly and hotel is very near shops, restaurants and tourist sights. Very safe area as well.

The night staff when we checked in was not very pleasant. The rest of the staff were fabulous. Unfortunately one of the cleaning staff lost some laundry of ours. They tried hard to find it but unfortunately did not as we had previously got luggage delayed so we needed the laundry. Was not happy with paper cups in the room but were able to get china ones. But overall a good stay.
